The 3 bedroom portion of the house has a dining room, breakfast nook , kitchen , fireplace and 2 shared bathrooms and laundry room. All rooms are furnished. Daily Rate is: The small rooms are $70 a night The large room is $75 and the suite is $100 Entire upstairs $210 Entire house $310
Weekly Rate is: Upstairs $600 a week Downstairs $540 a week
Monthly: Upstairs $1800 plus $300 deposit non refundable Downstairs: $1200 plus $300 deposit non refundable
