Rent Samui is the holiday luxury villa rental and hotel booking agency division of KoHabitat Property Managers, in Koh Samui Thailand. With over 50 luxury villas under our direct management and access to more than 100 luxury villas and private accomodations for rent, we can provide the level of service and accomodation to meet the needs of any visitor to the island. Also serving as a booking agency for more than 100 Hotels and Resorts on Koh Samui gives our clients direct access to the widest possible range of properties for their stay.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Rent Samui came about due to tremendous growth in our parent company, KoHabitat Property Managers. Serving as property managers, our clients who are looking to maximize their rental returns needed skilled, local Rental managers to oversee their properties during their absence.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We are actually property and rental managers. Most of our competitors are simply booking agents and as such do not have the constant contact with villa owners or the most up to date property information.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Keeping up to date with Thai property law and business law changes.
