Name of your website? The Lebombo Villa Your name? Cheryl Bez Your Location (city, etc) Big Bend Please give us a short summary of your website? The Lebombo Villa website was launched to attract more foreign visitors to our Swaziland accommodation. It shows what we offer at the Lebombo Villa. I tried to summarise the accommodation on offer in Big Bend Swaziland as well as the extras for example weddings in Swaziland and conference facilities in Big Bend. What inspired you to launch your own website? My Mom and Dad (Maureen and John Bez)have just taken over the running of The Lebombo Villa in Big Bend Swaziland and asked me to help with the marketing of it. Showing what we have to offer online helps us reach a much larger audience.At lot of people are now travelling through Swaziland to get to Mozambique.Most of these people want to stay overnight enroute to Mozambique,but few have ever heard of Big Bend in Swaziland. By having a website we hope to attract some of these foreign visitors to Swaziland. What is it like running a website from Big Bend in Swaziland? Unfortunately the internet connection speed in Swaziland is not the greatest. This makes downloading the email responses from the Lebombo Villa website very time consuming.Its great though having a Swaziland website. How did you decide on a name for your website? We decided to name the website after the name of the Villa. This way we hope that once we become more popular people will associate the name The Lebombo Villa with Great accommodation in Swaziland. What makes it different from other, similar offerings? The Lebombo Villa is a family run business and so offers that unique personal touch that is lacking in bigger companies. We have portrayed this in our website. What is your eventual goal? To have the Lebombo Villa website a portal for visitors to Swaziland looking for accommodation. How does your investment of time and money balance against your success? We have only just launched the website so time will tell. What has been your biggest challenge? Trying to help design a website while preparing for my wedding. How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity? The Lebombo Villa site has only just been launched. We will keep this site up for as long as possible as even if we only atttact one visitor it will be worth it. What is your website address?
