Neil

Montichelvo, just inland from Gandia on the Costa Del Azahar

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Casa Blanca Rural promotes the idea of staying in real Spain, away from the usual tourist areas. We also provide guided and self-guided walking holidays in this beautiful mountainous region allowing our guests to discover real Spain for themselves.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

The need to promote our ideas worldwide.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is it.

The white house which is rural by location - Casa Blanca Rural.

To enjoy living here and making a living at the same time.

Very well.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Difficult to say as we actually enjoy being here and doing what we do.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, our only limit would be room availability.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Very little.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Making the big move to Spain from the UK in the first place.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Word of mouth recommendations.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

More enjoyable than I thought it might be.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

About 6 months. The future would depend on results of ongoing developments with the website
