We are adding Campgrounds and Rv dealers to our site every day.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I could not find one website that did everything that I wanted it to do, so I am making one myself.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I launched RvUsa.org in December of 07.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Rv is for Rv'ing, and Usa is for camping in the us.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We have a much easier way to look up, find and review Campgrounds.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To make it the one site to go to for any info you need about camping and Rv'ing.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Right now it is all money going in, and none out.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would make the pages a lot cleaner, and more appealing to the eye.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
No, I would have to hire someone to help.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Trying to find someone to work with google maps.
What has been your biggest challenge?
The google maps.
