For all the needs of travellers to Malaysia What inspired you to launch your own website? To reach out to the world of travellers out there When did you launch your first website, and what was it? 2005 How did you decide on a name for your website? Simply.... i guess so... What makes it different from other, similar offerings? We emphasize on quality and personalized services What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?) To be one of the best incoming tour operators in Malaysia How does your investment of time and money balance against your success? Well, i sure have the time but not the bucks...!! If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site? Maybe, be more aggresive in terms of marketing? If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand? Yeah, thats what its all about... Right? What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with? Rising costs of fuel, of course!! What has been your biggest challenge? So far.... I dont really can think of any except maybe to keep the business running... What method has been most successful for promoting your website? Been registering to free registration sites, and that seems to work eventhough a bit slow... But better slow than never... How has running your website differed from your expectations? No... I would say that everything is running as planned but quite slower than expected... How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
