Bali Garden Beach Resort is located in Tuban 5 minutes from International airport, right on Kuta Beach, right infront waterbom, next to discovery shopping mall and right beside Matahari Kuta Square

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Now days more and more people are going online, so website is the best merketing tools.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

I launched my first website on 2002.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

My website name is base on my company name

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

I'm confident selling Bali Garden Beach Resort online as it is beach fron property and everything is withing walking distance.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I want to keep it to get more and more market share online.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

So, far my online or direct booking is still 10% percent and most my hotel booking coming from wholesaler or retail agent. I believe my direct booking will increase in the future

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I will put more budget for internet marketing such us search engine, paid listing, etc

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, sure

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

not really, everything is going well.

What has been your biggest challenge?

My biggest challenge is putting my site on the first page on every seach engine search result.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

So far search engine optimization is most successful and promptly response to any inquiries or reservation coming from my website.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

My website is going very good and it is really meet my expectation.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
