Please give us a short summary of your website?
We operate luxury serviced apartments in heart of Prague for self-catering holiday/vacation rentals, temporary accommodation or corporate housing. Our apartments are perfect for people on business that don t have time to worry about their accomodation details but expect the best from it. On the other hand our apartments are also perfect for couples on a romantic get away.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Having lived in many different parts of the world, we had the chance to experience alot of different accomodations. I have to admit i have seen many times the word luxury abused by people that dont know what it means or use it to attract traffic. This is what gave us the idea to start this new venture because we knew that our experience would make us able to take all the positive points we have encountered around the world to provide the ultimate experience to our customers.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
we were looking for something catchy and also something that woull represent best what we are providing.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
The difference between us and other similar offering in the area, is that we provide what we say. There is no bad surprises when you arrive. Our flats are furnished to the 5 star standards. All our flat are a the top of the technology to make our client able to stay conected with the rest of the world. We also stay available to our clients to improve the quality of their stay at any time. I think experience makes the difference.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
we will be expanding in the coming year with new flats, services and so on. Ultimatly we will be present in different countries in europe and who knows maybe around the world
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
i think it s always the same problem, you always spend more then you expect when you refurbish a place. Well i guess only when you care about the place. Since we always make every new property like we were gonna live in it , we end up with alot of overheads. But i guess it s a good thing for our clients because they know they will get the best of the best.
What has been your biggest challenge?
the biggest challenge was to find the right properties and bring them to the 5 star standards. I guess another big challenge lies ahead and this one will be about the sucess of the business
