Holiday Lettings Cyprus is a holiday rental company based near Larnaca. We provide a wide selection of privately owned luxurious and exclusive apartments and villas in Cyprus.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Many of our owners wish to rent out there properties and have not got the time to do it themselves. So we have set up a rental website to make it easier for them.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
My wife and I emigrated from the UK to Cyprus. After working for a couple of local property management companies, we decided to set up our own company namely Oroklini Home Services.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The name really came from what was the most descriptive dot com domain name available.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We try to be far more descriptive about the villas and apartments we offer.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To hopefully try and get the website on the first page of the major search engines.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We are only a family company so we don't really need to grow too large. However especially during the summer months it does take up a lot of our time.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Probably employ an outside company for website development.
