Please give us a short summary of your website?

We are one of the experienced car rental suppliers in China, head office in Beijing. Our car rental services areas cover Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hongkong and Taipei. We have luxury Sedan, normal Sedan, Luxury MPV, People Carrier Van, Minibus and coaches. We do airport transfer service, roadshow services, tourist services in all these above cities.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We eager to launch our professional services to various clients, especiall for foreigners, to let them know that we can meet their need when they are travel in China, especially for business person. Because if we can provide and process car services for them, they will save time to pay more attention to their businesses.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

We launched our first website about in 2006. It is http://www.gogoflower.com

How did you decide on a name for your website?

First of all, the name should be simple and as short as posible, because it will be more easier for others to remember our website. And then it should be related to the content of the whole website, when people see the website, they know what your business is related. Finally, it should be friendly to others and should be acceptable.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We don't aim to make our website beautiful only, we pay more attention to make our website more helpful to the netizen, when we put information on our website, it should be exact and legal.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

We keep all our website for income, because they are our businesses.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

We are willing to spend as much time as possible to build our website and we are willing to invest as less money as possible to make others know it.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

If we have an unlimited development budget for development, we will employ at least 3 experts to re-build our website, these experts should not only know about how to build website, but also know about our businesses, so they can know how to make the website more professional and helpful. And then after the websites are rebuilt, we will advitise them throughout various ways. And we will employ several website experts to manage the website daily to keep our website updated usually.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, we are sure that we will be able to keep up with the demand, no matter how we try our efforts.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

My unexpected costs is to advertise our website on Google, Yahoo... because at present they are too expensive for us. We have to try our best to make our website more popular and can make more money, so we can advertise our website and make it stronger and stronger.

What has been your biggest challenge?

My biggest chalenge is to make more people know our website, make more people know our business, make more people to corporate with us.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

At presend, our most successful way to promote our website is through search engine, such as Baidu.com,Google.com and exchange links with others.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

When we put our website of www.sinolim.com, we don't expect to get orders soon, but after several days, we got a big order from France.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

From our first website, we have run the site for more than 2 years, and we will continue to keep it up as long as possible.
