Please give us a short summary of your website?

We represent vacation timeshare owners of the Grand Mayan and Mayan Palace Luxury Golf & Spa Resorts who want to rent out their unused weeks. Guests can rent from and owner at these owner exclusive resorts and receive all of the benefits an owner receive for a fraction of the cost to stay under rack rates.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I am a vacation timeshare owner at the Grand Mayan Resorts and want to rent out my unused weeks.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

2008, mayanluxury.net

How did you decide on a name for your website?

These are Grand Mayan Luxury Resorts.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Our website is user friendly and provides plenty of information and good quality pictures.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Keep it for income.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Equal

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would do more advertising

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

None to speak of.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Providing good quality photo galleries.

Little.
