Bulgaria, investament: Small Property great investmentThe average size of coastal holiday developments decreased during the second half of 2006 following a growing number of small projects with fewer than 50 units The supply of mountain and coastal holiday homes in Bulgaria increased by more than 50 per cent in the first half of 2007, Colliers International reports. Small resorts continued to gain market share as new supply is shifting away from most popular locations.
