Arizona motorcycle tours Joshua Tree Motorcycle Tours Interview
Name of your website?

Joshua Tree Motorcycle Tours

Your name?

Richard Curry

Your Location (city, etc)

Dolan Springs

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Designed for customers to fly into Las Vegas and rent a motorcycle or trike. The tour will be just under 400 miles and have plenty of scenic riding, while visiting some of the more famous locations of this area. Visit our web site for all the information.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I love to ride and living close to Las Vegas and on the road to the Grand Canyon West with it's SKY BRIDGE attraction I thought a tour would be natural. So the web site is a tool to communicate with customers.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is my first attempt

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I live in one of the largest Joshua Tree Forest in the world.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

I tried to show we are a very small company and have personalized service. Our goal is for the tour customer to have FUN and have a safe vacation.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I am on a fixed income (retired), so could use extra income plus as I said I love to ride.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

So far I am losing.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Don't have enough experience to answer this.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

I think so as I will be able to control the amount of tours run.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Fuel cost for the most part. Lodging has not gone up so far.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Building this site and getting it recognized.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Searching for places to put my links.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Thought it would be easier.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

About 2 months and at least a year for a trial.

Replace this with a question of your own

Why should tour customers use Joshua Tree Motorcycle tours. We are small and personalized, our goal is for each customer to have a safe and fun trip. I have many years of over the road experience in trucks and motorcycles, have instructed Defensive Driving Classes. It will be an experience of a life time.

What is your website address?
